To whom this may concern:
We have been going to your hotel for a very long time. It feels like our second home. It is our favorite place to stay. Your swimming pool is wonderful, but you do need to remodel your recreation area. I would like to suggest a whirlpool for adults so that when we stay we can relax in warmth and comfort and not worry about little children coming in and out of the whirlpool.
