The Best Western River North is our #1 choice when we’re in Chicago, and we’re always disappointed when it isn’t available. It used to be a hidden gem, but it’s totally out there now!

I discovered this hotel while planning our first visit to Chicago back in 1999. We visit 2 or 3 times each year and always stay at the River North Hotel. You won’t find a better deal!

I stayed at the River North Hotel in September 2006. The hotel staff was great and the free parking is a major plus. The onsite restaurant/bar was also very welcoming. I would choose to stay at this hotel again without a doubt and hope to do so the next time I am in Chicago!

We have stayed at the River North twice in the past three years. The pool is nice, and the view from the poolside patio is fabulous. The staff was wonderful, and yes, the free parking is a definite plus. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Chicago.

River North has pleasant rooms, a good location with free parking and a nice restaurant/bar.

This hotel is one of the best in town. It may not be the most plush, but you’ll pay a lot more for plush. It’s location is better than most – within walking distance of Navy Pier, and trolley service is nearby if you don’t want to walk! The included parking is phenominal and a great money saver over other locations. The top floor pool is a great place to relax after touring!

My son & I have spent Easter vacation in Chicago for the past several years & have always stayed at the Chicago River North. The free parking is awesome – we simply park & walk, take the train, or free trams to Navy Pier. The affordability of the rooms, combined with the free parking allows me more spending money in awesome Chicago. The rooms are clean & we love the "downtown" views – feels like you are part of the city. We are from Wisconsin & absolutely love it!

The location of Best Western River North is incredible. You are near superb restaurants, great shopping and easy access to the tollway. The staff are accomodating, professional and efficient. Who could ask for more?

this hotel is the right choice to visit downtown Chicago and a couple of attractions there. It has clean, quiet, and spacious room. I have been to Chicago twice with my family, both time we choose to live in the Best western river noth hotel, and we are so enjoy the service they provided. I have and will stronly recommend this hotel to new visitors, it is just the right one give you affordable price and enjoyable service!

First stayed at BW River North after Priceline gave me this hotel. What a wonderful hotel and location! Hotel bar is great and the restaurant is wonderful as well. And what great thing can I say about the free parking!!

What’s better than free parking in downtown Chicago?!?! And the location of this hotel is perfect. You’re within walking distance of Michigan Avenue, many incredible restaurants and it’s easy to catch the free trolleys or navigate the city buses from the hotel’s location. I would definitely urge people to stay at the Best Western River North!

River North has a great location, visit the American Girl store a couple of blocks away or hang out at Blues Chicago right out the back door, the kids love the pool area, we’ll be back every year, great accomadations

Great location, pool,parking. Clean rooms and great service. Small lobby, as I discovered walking my 18 month old in her stroller from 12am to 3am so she would fall asleep….didn’t work!!

We love the BW Rivernorth. We stayed there again just last weekend. The staff is always friendly and the location is perfect. The rooms are really spacious and you cannot beat free parking and wireless internet. Great dining and nightlife are both within walking distance. There is not other option for us when we go to Chicago.

This hotel offers a very good location for shopping on Michigan Ave! This trip we discovered the Merchandise Mart just a few blocks away on the river, every kind of furnishing for your home on 20 some floors. We love the hotel upgrades and keep up the great personal service. Thanks

We stayed here Feb 23-24, both in a king suite and a king room. Both rooms were very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly–just ask, and they will make it happen! Can’t beat the location/parking.

its as perfect little get away for those that still live in the chicago area personally live in the northern suburbs and this is a perfect place to stay for the weekend while seeing theatre or a catching a cubs game. river north is the perfect hotel for your needs

BW River North is in the perfect location. I stayed here in January, my first visit to Chicago. McDonald’s, Hard Rock Cafe, Rainforest, Red Lobster…all right across the street! The Magnificent Mile was just a few blocks away. Cool city and great hotel, highly recommend!
