I love staying at the Best Western River North. The staff are very friendly and customer focused. Also the free parking is a plus! Wallace the attendant is so friendly, and alwys upbeat.

I love staying at the Best Western River North Hotel in Chicago! Although I have only been to Chicago twice, I know my visit was the best it could be because I had a great place to stay. I love the work out room and the pool area. The view from the patio is wonderful and the area is relaxing.
Most of all, I appreciate a place to park that is free, yet safe. The location of the hotel is easy to get to whether we are coming from the east or the west.
We have referred friends who visit Chicago several times a year. This year we met them in Chicago and they tried BWRNH and they have made it their home away from home.

My girlfriends and I always book our stay at River North. The rooms are nice..(especially in the renovated section)…the people are warm and friendly, and the surrounding area is spectacular. The Ohio House Diner across the street has a fantastic waitress (Kim), and we are especially fond of Wallace, who is one of the parking attendants. He always the best smile and gives great suggestions for eating and night life activities. I always recommend this hotel for it’s location, friendly staff and reasonable rates!

Ed Debevics is wonderful, but be prepared for a sore stomach afterwards if you’re not used to the greasy food. I still go regardless! The cheese fries are the best! ESPN Zone is so much fun, I have no children yet still spent hours and much $ playing the games. If you have kids be prepared to be stuck there for a while and have plenty of $ to spend on games. There is a Chinese takeout place just down the block from the hotel, can’t remember the name, if you are looking for some great, fresh Chinese food within walking distance, that’s your place.
