I would never stay anywhere else!! The price is perfect, the parking is FREE and the pool is great and the location is perfect!! Why stay anywhere else??!

I just returned from my second stay here in two years and have been blown away (pun intended) both times. Clean rooms, clean hotel, friendly staff (parking attendants, maids, front desk, etc.)great pool, nice views, nice restaurant with attentive courteous staff and above average food, FREE PARKING, within walking distance of Sears Tower .6 miles, Michigan Avenue .5 miles, Hancock .7 miles, Navy Pier/Ohio Street Beach 1 mile, L station .2 miles, Metra Station .6 miles, Hard Rock Cafe, McDonald’s, Walgreens, BP across the street, Oh and FREE PARKING! Wonderful, Nice, Best time,will return and would highly recommend. You guys rule. Thanks for making my vacation more than pleasant and deeply memorable.

Have stayed here several times. Good value, nice rooms, great location, and parking, too. Always my first choice in the city.

We stay at the Best West River North every time we go to Chicago – we love how close it is to wonderful shopping, the United Center (for Hockey) and the ease for getting on the freeway when we want to venture out. Also, appreciate the free parking.

My wife & I have stayed at the BW River North several times during the past 18 months and we plan to stay there when we visit Chicago–our daughter is a student in Chicago and we visit her as often as possible/feasible. One of the times we stayed there we were upgraded to a suite even though we did not make a request for one and it was a pleasant blessing we enjoyed. The pool and fitness center is very nice compared to other hotels in this $$$ range in the Chicago area–it is very usable for us as we both try to get some appropriate exercise each morning. The BW River North is an excellent value and we have recommended it to several of our friends. One last comment: the staff has always been very nice and do a very good job ensuring the guests are pleased. Thank you!

Great location — close to everything. Great staff. The free parking was a bonus!
