Chicago’s Vintage Garage Flea Market in Uptown
From Mid-century modern furniture to retro clothes and vinyl records, this throwback market is a unique shopping destination for everything vintage. Taking place every third Sunday of the month from April through October, the Vintage Garage Flea Market features more than 100 vendors – and yes, you’ll find it in a parking garage. Please note: this month’s market is actually on the fourth Sunday of the month as not to interfere with the Easter holiday.
April’s Theme: Mid-Century Modern
Every month at the market a different theme is featured, and on Sunday, April 23 it will be Mid-century modern. Shop for the clean lines, bold colors, and minimalist style of this popular design trend, which has enjoyed a resurgence this decade thanks in large part to the TV show Mad Men.
